The staff was amazing from check in to check out. Very professional and more than willing to help. This property was outside the busy city area so a bit less noisy.

Mosquitoes ? & the dark rooms were a bit depressing. Could use more than 2 hangers in closet. They hotel is showing it’s age and in need of some repairs. We had a room w/a plunge pool attached to other plunge pools. The jets were broken on ours and too many mosquitoes to even consider sitting in it.

Not much it had a lot of mosquito and the rooms were very out dated so I switched rooms to the newer side and the bed was rock hard

The out dated rooms, mosquitos/nets, the rock hard bed and there was hair in my food

Very pleasantly surprised after reading negative review. Definitely Italy met and exceeded our expectations. Great value for very pleasant hotel, although we did not use Spa etc facilities.

I booked this hotel for the resort style swimming pool and room with plunge pool access. The big resort style pool was closed for maintenance, for the 3 nights I had booked. I was directed to another smaller pool which was very dirty, I could hardly see the bottom. My plunge pool had algae on the tiles and needed a real good scrub. I would have raised these issues with the management but after scrolling through the reviews I see they must be aware but can't be arsed to do anything about it

From our arrival onwards we were met and assisted by Ms Ta (Ja) the Front Office Manager. she and her team were exceptionnal! Her service and hospitality qualities are 5 Star plus! Coming out of the Hospitality world ourselves, it is rare that we experienced such a service and personal attention! what a joy! We are looking forward to return to the Hotel next year! Kudos to all staff! And, the wonderful nature in and around the Hotel is so relaxing as well. the Spa on th eproperty was 5 star as well! an outstanding spa experience!

The second- and newer - swimming Pool: No wonderful nature and trees around it like around the other pool. No shade to relax .

We loved our stay here. The hotel is beautiful, a little aged, but I'm sure it's not easy to maintain it in such weather conditions.. The breakfast was always lovely and fresh.There's a laundromat just opposite the hotel.But the best part was the people! You can tell they take great pride in their work. They were helpful with everything we needed! ....and very, very sweet ? Thank you for looking after us ?

There is not much going on in the area, but it's a short and cheap drive to the old city centre. We actually liked to be immersed in the residential area.

The staff are very nice, the reception team are very polite and very helpful.The breakfast is ok.

THE Pool was disappointed, i pay extra for nothing. Sooo many mosquitos. We even have mosquitos in our room, The hotel need upgrade big time. My fridge was leaking. Cannot used the main pool.

Some animal, I guess a rat ran in the ceiling at night. It wasn't nice to listen to

The pool was nice with the surroundings. The staff were really friendly.

Our air conditioning unit on the balcony would make a really loud continuous noise for 20min at a time and there was a water leak under the sink which the staff came to fix.

The pool and facility has seemed to be not be maintained throughout the past few years. Seemed to be less programs and activities for children than in previous years. The coffee machine worked every other day.

Run down, there is only 1 restaurant ar the lobby, the other is abandoned. The place is eerie. We checked out after a few hours. There is not much around. The bathrobe and room slippers are dirty, worn out/ torn.

Lot of parts of the hotel are OFF due to some reasons- looks like veeery long renovation. Main pool was weak, water not in a good condition. Other pool was better but there were broken boards on a surrounding area which were quite dangerous. But the overall worst thing was extremely loud air-conditioning in the room. It was easier to sleep in the jet than in this room (S-Loft Deluxe). Basement rooms without any view, quite dark. Just good to stay overnigt.
